Box 801 - Greenbrier, Tennessee 37073 Contact us at 615-308-0640 or 615-557-5925 Cumberland Valley Coffee 2010 A Brochure Sale is a pre-sell program that requires no up- front costs for you.  Students simply solicit orders and collect payment at the time of order.  You then turn in an order to us and we will deliver / ship your coffee in 1 to 2 weeks.  Your cost for the coffees that are featured in our fundraiser brochure are $6.50.  You set the selling price!  Please feel free to ask for advice about pricing.  Coffee is available ground or whole bean. For a Direct Sale you will buy the coffee up front and students will have the coffee in hand to show the customers - most importantly for the customers to SMELL!  For this type of sale we offer coffee at two different price points.  We offer the 12 oz. single origin, 12 oz. blends, and 10 oz. flavored coffees for $6.50 per bag.  The smaller / lower price option is doing a 6 oz. coffee sale.  Your cost for these coffees is $3.50 per bag.  One benefit of a direct sale is being able to offer coffees not featured in our fundraiser brochure. This could include seasonal flavors like Pumpkin Spice, Apple Cinnamon, Christmas Spice, or Gingerbread.  You could also offer custom named blends such as “Musical Medley”, “Bobcat Blend”, etc.  Your supporters will love this special coffee! *Prices are subject to change.  *Roasting times be longer during peak                            fundraising periods or for large orders.   With Cumberland Valley Coffee YOU decide what your profits are!  You set the selling price.  The chart below is just an example of what your group could accomplish. This is something that we would like to have ready as far in advance of your sale as possible so that you will have time to let us know of any changes.  Labels will be 3 inches square.   Orders of at least 20 bags within 50 miles of Metro Nashville will receive free delivery and free student packing.  Orders of at least 600 bags anywhere in Tennessee will receive free delivery and free student packing.  We will work with everyone to provide the most economical way to get your coffee to you as fresh as possible.  Please contact us for quotes.
