Our current Featured Coffee comes from the Central American
country of Nicaragua. I asked my coffee broker for a selection
that I could offer my customers that was special....and he
delivered. The coffee he sent me was a high grown maragojipe
cultivar, which produces a very large attractive bean.
Roasting this plus size bean to a full city level produces a cup
that features a delicious smoky aroma with spicy-sweet flavors
and a pleasant aftertaste at the back of the throat.
This is an excellent well balanced coffee that is, in my opinion,
one of the best Central Americans I have tasted all year. You
will not be disappointed.
